After the recent meeting in Japan, I snuck off to Bali to check Mikala’s ichiban digs in Canguu. As I got off the plane, MJ and D. Hump greeted me with an ice cold Bintang (first of many). While there, we enjoyed the sights, sounds, surf and downright perfect rainy season weather. Big ups to Mikala, Emma and his family for hosting yours truly. MJ also learned me the ways of proper motorcyclin’-ship via YouTube. His new Deus bike is top notch.

Mikala Jones in Sumbawa enjoying the fruits of his labor. MJ appears in the Surfer’s Path, “Monday Morning Wave”, which is a cool service where they email you an image every Monday for your viewing pleasure. This past Monday they featured the image above.
