A sick underground track that the title suggests is by Hieroglyphics and Souls of Mischief although Souls of Mischief is actually part of the collective Hieroglyphics and I can only hear Souls of Mischief rapping, no Del or anyone else. I could also have a complete misunderstanding of how exactly the one/two group(s) work together. Not that any of your should really care about that ramble, this song is quite nice.

Dear Matuse Familia,

I wanted to fill you in on my travels to the North Shore of Oahu. Trip has been action packed thus far!!!. It’s been filled with fun surf and open arms from traveling friends that I’ve been bumping into along the seven mile water wonderland. Waves got a bit serious this past Sunday, Monday. Solid WNW swell filled in. I was a bit nervous for the swell but I had been training heaps and surfing two to three times a day. Felt healthy and hungry and I was able to nab a few good ones. Here’s a few photos from around the North Shore cruisin’ Hawaiian style and snapping pics of pure gold!!!. Thanks once again for the killer gear! My Philo jacket has been keeping me warm and toasty from the strong breezy winds. Mahalo and a HAPPY NEW YEAR, YEWWWWWWWWWW!

Dope (new?) track by some older guys in the rap game airing their complaints about the state of hip hop being put out lately. Luckily you won’t run into any of that music with Just Excellent, but it’s nice to know there are mainstream artists making real music and finally saying something about the petty state of mainstream radio.  MTV is now reporting  it was supposedly recorded in 2007, even though it alludes to Dre’s upcoming album Detox. Interesting it only leaked four years later and still holds ground.
