Nothin’ too fancy, but the typography that I would imagine Hype Williams, the guy who directed the video did, is pretty crazy. The music video stays pretty spot on to all of the lyrics, and the bombardment of neon lights is off the chain. Rihanna and Cudi make some solid appearances. Always nice to see Kanye standing on top of a police car too. Definitely an excellent track and video. Told through the surf travels of Matuse Family Members, Mikala Jones and Daniel Jones – among others – the project’s storytelling is beautiful as it is honest. Yesterday the swell picked up and the sun poked it’s head in and out from behind the clouds. Still a lot of North in the swell but some really good overhead sets did roll across the reef out front. Matuse Family Members, Flynn Novak and Daniel Jones, snuck out to grab a few waves and cool off from the afternoon heat.
