Recently Matuse Family Member, Jesse Faen, was able to deliver a bunch of much needed Matuse wetsuits to his local Chilean community. Jesse has a home and lives in Chile a lot of the year. Matuse and Jesse are able to stoke out the community and help people enjoy the experience of surfing for their upcoming winter season. Matuse Family Member, Tarik Khashoggi, sent over some images from the SB to central California region. Surf’s been good up and down the coast and Tarik has been chasing down all the good peaks. The 4/3/2mm Tumo has been his go to suit and he reports it’s his all time favorite. Tarik, always powerful and always hunting down the barrel.

Southern California has seen a mix of NW windswell and Southern-hemi pulses come through. Unfortunately there’s been a ton of wind associated with them as well. Matuse Family Member, Pat Millin, finds some corners in between the wind squalls. Looks like some more moderate south swell on its way keeping California out of the flat zone for at least a little while longer.
Heavy-hitting NYC Chef, Sam Talbot, recently sent us this image of he and Debi Mazar (Goodfellas obviously) getting their culinary game on. Big ups to Sam for keeping it moving!
