To AK and the boys at Matuse,

I just wanted to share with you a bit of good news and I wanted to thank you for keeping me warm every time I hit the water. Last winter I chased a swell with my 5/4/3 Tumo full suit with hood and snapped this shot of my friend Greg Long which ended up being selected as Surfer Magazines Photo of the Year for 2009! Being in the Tumo kept me warm in the freezing cold water, which gave me the confidence to be where I needed to be, and allowed me to swim freely in and out of the zone to capture the best images I could.

Thanks again fellas…cheers to a possible El Nino winter ahead!
