Hi AK,

How’s it going? Tavi has been off the chain. Towing bombing Cloudbreak with my friend and manager Kaeo. Here’s a shot from one of the Restaurants sessions. A random guest took the photo. Barrels for days.

A pro photographer is finally coming down with this next bombing swell due to arrive this weekend. So stoked. Hopefully I’ll be able to link up on some good ones with the photographer.

Good news on another note. My name was added to the nominee list for the Eddie contest. I guess enough people wrote my name in so they added me on. Classic because I never knew that was possible. Otherwise I would have asked everyone I know to go online and vote! It would be a dream to get in that event. Derek Dunfee was listed from the start which is awesome. He and I are in this new issue of Tide, the German surf mag this month, with a story I wrote to go with it.
