One of the best known and loved qualities about Geoprene: It allows for thinner material to be warmer than the average neoprene. Therefore, a 2mm Matuse suit is arguably warmer than thicker material made from mouse pad rubber. Like John Haffey says: “Hoplite and charge heavy.” Well, swell conditions aside, both the 2mm Tumo and the 2mm Hoplite offer a footloose and fancy-free lightness of being that can only be described as Premium (the ichiban) Game.

Flynn Novak – Pipeline Video April 15, 2012

Here’s a recap of Flynn’s morning session at Pipe during the last swell of the 2011/2012 winter season. Days like this are few and far between, especially in April! It will be quite a few months before Pipeline awakens again. For now Flynn is just really focused on surfing in the Pipe Masters in December. Cheeehoooo!
