Here are some shots of JP scoring some LJ reef action. Although it was pretty crowded some empty waves did sneak through.

Matuse Family Member, Derek Dunfee, scoring some epic waves at Mavericks this last swell. Check the link below to see how the Cali coast has been doing.
J Waters: Notorious Lights part 2
I am psyched to announce the arrival of Notorious Lights part 2 by the acclaimed musicians behind Notorious Lights part 1, LJC. It’s fresher than ever. LJC takes some killer tracks from Pretty Lights and matched them up perfectly with Biggie Smalls. Check out a preview below and find the full mixtape from the link to Just Excellent Beats at the bottom of this post.

Matuse Family: CDM and Zach at Swami's

Matuse Family Members, Chris Del Moro and Zach Plopper, enjoyed some extremely fun surf at Swami’s over the weekend. The swell filled in, the sun came out and the wind stayed offshore all day. CDM enjoyed riding his new 3 foot, twin fin, bodyboard template science project of a board. CDM was making a ton of sections and said it’s possibly the fastest board he’s ever ridden with fins.
Matuse Family: Tarik Khashoggi

This past weekend blessed California with great surf up and down the coast. The Rincon Classic was held and Matuse Family Member, Tarik Khashoggi, took 4th place in the Pro Division of the contest. It’s always great to make heats when you are surfing really fun Rincon with only 3 other surfers.

J Waters: Anyone For Tennis
I’m not sure if it’s just because of the song by Tennis, which reminds me of a breezy, sunny spring day, but this track by G- Eazy is legit. Check out his version and the original song from Tennis that is sampled below. I can’t stop listening.
Matuse Family: Nate McCarthy

Nate enjoying some fun waves in San Francisco wearing his Matuse, Hooded-Tumo 543 wetsuit. Nate remarked on the how flexible the suit is since it’s all 3mm up top. The only 5mm is the small panels in the chest and back. This allows our riders to enjoy the flexibility of 3mm while paddling yet be warmer than a traditional 4/3. A perfect combo for Northern Cal water and air temps.
