Matuse Family: Zach Plopper, 3rd At Pi Beta Phi

Matuse Family Member, Zach Plopper, attended the annual UCSD Pi Beta Phi contest at Pacific Beach this past weekend. Zach took 3rd place overall in the challenging conditions.
