Johnny Maher In Tahiti

Matuse Family Member, Johnny Maher, has been posted up in Tahiti for the last couple of months soaking up the sunshine and finding shade in the the infamous barrels of Teahupoo. Johnny’s been using the Betz Short John and he says it’s been perfect down there. It’s saved him a few times from major cuts on his back when he’s been slammed on the reef. He also likes the freedom of movement of the arms while also adding just the right amount of warmth during long sessions in the water. This day above, a girlfriend of one of the visiting surfers snapped a few of Johnny. Looks like a really fun day but looks can be deceiving.
